Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1801.br200, 1801.br205 Rev D, 1801.br208 Rev C, OP1001, 1801.br203 Rev E, 1801.br204 Rev, 1801.br206 Rev B and 1801.br207 Rev B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the exterior of the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority under P19/S0374/DIS or with those which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The works to be undertaken to the side extension hereby approved shall be carried out only in accordance with the schedule of works approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority under P19/S0374/DIS or with those which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the joinery details of the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details details approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority under P19/S0374/DIS or with those which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
