SK01, is lawful as it has been in a continuous use in breach of condition 3 of planning permission P88/W0989 for a period of over ten years. The use of the building for a food and kitchen storage building (ancillary to the existing pub) is therefore considered lawful under the provisions of Article 191(2) of the Town and Country Planning Act. 1990.
