The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

P19/S2666/DISThat the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PP_00 Rev C, PP_01 Rev C, PP_02 Rev C, PX_01, PX_00, L_01 and PX_02, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. Plaster specifications
b. Details of replacement fireplaces
c. Specification/ method statement for any works of making good and repair to masonry eg pointing/ stone repair/ plaster repairs
d. Schedule of works to converted loft rooms to include cross sections and specifications for insulation and plaster finishes
e. Details of the extent and specification/ method statement for handrails and spindles to front staircase and second floor.
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
