Change of use from mixed A1 and A3 use to mixed A3 and D1 use, and listed building consent for internal and external alterations (amended plans and additional supporting information received 25th September 2019, omitting floor strengthening and levelling works and retaining existing partition)
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1393.006 Rev A, 1393.106, 1393.010 Rev A, 1393.110 Rev A, 1393.021 Rev A, 1393.121 Rev A, 1393.102 Rev A, 1393.022 Rev A, 1393.122 Rev A, 1393.004 Rev B, 1393.104 Rev D, 1393.003 Rev B, 1494.103 Rev B, 1393.001 Rev A, 1393.020 Rev B and 1393.120 Rev A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
