Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Stair Section Drawing, Block Plan, LP 3430 01 A, Location Plan and Parking Plan, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The development shall be built using only the external materials specified on the forms and/or shown on the approved drawings the subject of this planning permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development, in accordance with saved Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.
Within two months of the date of this grant of planning permission, the rooflight over the bathroom shown on the proposed roof plan on drawing No. LP-3430-01 A shall be glazed with obscured glass and fixed shut. Thereafter, that rooflight shall remain obscure-glazed and non-opening. Notwithstanding the provisions of Classes B and C of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or the equivalent provisions of any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no additional rooflights shall be inserted into the southeast-facing elevation of the dwelling without the prior grant of planning permission.
Reason: To protect the privacy of adjacent dwellings in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
