Conversion of a stable/store into self-catering holiday accommodation.
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of planning permission P18/S3232/FUL which is 23 November 2021.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 18 01 05 Rev C, 18 01 06 Rev C and LOC 001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The accommodation hereby permitted shall only be used as holiday accommodation, as outlined in the application documents and shall not be occupied as a person's sole or main place of residence. The owners/operators shall maintain an up-to-date register of the names of all the occupiers of the accommodation, as well as the dates of their arrival and departure and their contact details. This register shall be made available at all reasonable times to the local planning authority.
Reason: To ensure that the Local Planning Authority retains control over any future development, in the interests of amenity and in accordance with policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and policies D1, E8, G2, G4 and TSM3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) development as described in Schedule 2, Part 1 and Part 2 of the Order shall not be undertaken without obtaining planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the Local Planning Authority retains control over any future development as specified in the condition in the interests of amenity and in accordance with Policies CSEN1 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
