Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LCH004, LCH001, LCH003a, LCH005a and LCH002a, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Notwithstanding the details of the rooflight shown on the submitted plans, the rooflight should of traditional construction and include a metal frame with a through glazing bar.
Reason: To ensure that the detail of the work are correct and do not harm the character of the curtilage listed building in accordance with policy CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
