Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 19-105 P01 and 19-105 S04 and 19-105 S01 and 19-105 S05 and 19-105 S06 and 19-105 S07 and 19-105 S03 and 19-105 S02 and 19-105, and in accordance with the details set out in the submitted "Design Statement - Rev A" dated 20 August 2019, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The plain clay tiles of the existing roof shall be re-used for the external roof of the works hereby approved but where this is not possible the materials to be used shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The plastering works hereby permitted shall be finished in the lime plaster detailed in the submitted specification or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works and to ensure the works respect and do not diminish the special historical and architectural qualities which make the building worthy of inclusion on the statutory list in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
