Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 29th April 2019
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development will result in harm to highway safety as the parallel parking arrangement will result in excessive manoeuvring within the highway. Therefore, the proposal is contrary to policies T1 & 2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and paragraph 108 of the NPPF.

The loss of the wall will result in less than substantial harm to the significance of the conservation area. This harm is not outweighed by the public benefits of the proposal so the application is contrary to Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and paragraph 196 of the NPPF.
