This permission shall expire after a period of one year from the date hereof, and the mobile home hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land prior to the expiry of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and the special circumstances of the site and in accordance with Policy H15 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1 03, 1 02 and 01712 00 A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
