Description
Retrospective Listed Building Consent Sought for: Removal of an infill panel at first floor level between the original cottage and converted barn area (similar to that created under P85/W0585/LB) to provide access and escape route. Approval of the horizontally hung timber cladding (shown red on elevation plan, as apposed to the vertical boarding on barn doors). Removal of lean-to former privy structure. Regularising bedroom by not building airing cupboard alongside, instead taking that space into smaller bedroom.
