That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Location Plan drawing no. LOC-001; Block Plan drawing no. BLO-001; Floor Plan drawing no. PF-001; South Elevation Proposed drawing no. PE-001; East Elevation Proposed drawing no. PE-002; and West Elevation Proposed drawing no. PE-003, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 1 Enigma Estate. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property in an isolated rural location which is unsuitable for the creation of new dwellings in accordance with Policy CSS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
