Description
Alterations to stable block to make flat into two storey dwelling together with minor internal alterations and associated works. Conversion of outbuildings to two dwellings and associated works. (As amended by plan ref 628 11 G removing reference to trimming the ceiling joists for the stair). (As amplified by bat survey report received 2 July 2019).
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 628 11 G, 628 13 B, 628 14 H, 628 15 D, 628 16 D, 628 17, 628 18, 2018, 628 1, 628 2, 628 3, 628 4, 628 5, 628 6, 628 7, 628 12 and 713 4, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
If the cobbles within the courtyard are to be relaid, details of how the cobbles are to be lifted and relaid shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the lifting of the existing surface.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable and do not harm the setting of the listed building in accordance with policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
Notwithstanding the approved ground floor plans, the boundary treatments between the units in the outbuildings shall be agreed prior to the erection of any boundary. An alternative to fences should be used.
Reason : To ensure that the details of the works are appropriate and do not harm the setting of the listed building in accordance with policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policy CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan
