Description
1) To replace the 16, 2000 Watt luminaires on the existing 8, 14.5m masts to the main stadium football pitch with replacement 16, 2000 Watt HID luminaires, the effect of which will be less spillage than existing on the surrounds to the pitch but with a higher (200 lux) intensity at pitch level, and 2) The installation of 3 new 10m floodlighting columns just outside the perimeter of the south end of the main pitch with 4, 2000 Watt narrow beam asymmetric low glare floodlight luminaires, the effect of which will be to provide average horizontal illuminance of 153 lux on the football training area.

The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P18/S3828/DIS

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, WPS-FL-1, WSC-S2, WSP-S2 and ST.10m, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That prior to the commencement of development details of the routing and timing of construction traffic and delivery vehicles, which shall be outside of network and peak school hours, times along with the details of signage including the means of access in to the site shall be submitted to and approve din writing by the local planning authority. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and in accordance with policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The lighting shall be installed and maintained as described in the application. Reason: To protect the amenities of the occupants of nearby properties from light trespass in accordance with Policy EP3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
