Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works for which this consent is granted shall be begun within a period of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the requirements of Section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act, 1990.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, SK100 Rev D, MD100 and MD101, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
