Conditions / Refusal Reasons
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority, this permission shall expire on 31st May 2019. All temporary structures and associated materials shall be removed from the land by the expiry date. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with Policies CSEN1 and CS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies E5, EP2, G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC001, OP001 and BLO001 received 20 February 2019, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The traffic management measures shall be implemented in accordance with the details outlined within the Planning Supporting Statement dated December 2018. The measures shall be kept in place for the entire course of the development. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and in accordance with Policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
