Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC001 and BLO001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

This permission shall expire on 12 March 2022 which is 3 years from the expiry date of P15/S3699/FUL. and the two units hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land by the expiry date of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with policy CS1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The parking and turning areas indicated on the block plan of the original planning permission P11/W0844 and discharged under P11/W1821/DIS shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles associated with the development at all times. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with policies T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
