Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1822 SU 400, 1822 SU 100, 1822 SU 201 and 1822 PL 400, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
All rainwater goods shall be constructed of traditionally profiled metal painted black.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details, method and specification outlined in:
- the Design and Access Statement
- the agent's email dated 20 December 2018 (paint removal method);
- the applicant's email dated 7 January 2019 (garage/boundary wall);
- the agent's email dated 15 January 2019 (beam replacement);
- the applicant's email dated 31 January 2019 (beam replacement), except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
