Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1409 P111 2, 1409 P131, 1409 P114, 1409 P136 1, 1409 P135, 1409 P113 1, 1409 P133 1, 1409 P001, 1409 P034 1, 1409 P602, 1409 P230 1, 1409 P151 3, 1409 P152 2, 1409 P154 1, 1409 P153 1, 1409 P153, 1409 P161 1, 1409 P112, 1409 P132, 1409 P115, 1409 P620 and 1409 P231 1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
