Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BS.308.012.PL0, BCS.308.001 and 01095.01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The development hereby approved shall be completed in accordance with the external materials details as previously agreed in writing by the local planning authority under discharge of condition application P18/S0861/DIS (approved on 14 June 2018). Thereafter the development shall be maintained in accordance with the approved external materials. Reason: In the interests of preserving the significance of the grade II listed building and the special character of the conservation area development in accordance with Policies CSEN3 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2, CON3, CON5, CON7, H13, D1 and G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

With the exception of the replacement rear first floor window (approved by this planning permission), the development hereby permitted shall be completed in accordance with the joinery details as previously agreed in writing by the local planning authority under discharge of condition application P18/S0861/DIS (approved on 14 June 2018). Thereafter the development shall be maintained in accordance with the approved details of this planning permission and discharge of condition application P18/S0861/DIS. Reason: In the interests of preserving the significance of the grade II listed building and the special character of the conservation area development in accordance with Policies CSEN3 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2, CON3, CON5, CON7, H13, D1 and G2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
