Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 18010.05 Rev P2, 18010.06 Rev P2, 18010.07 Rev P1, 18010.02 Rev R1 and 18010.01 Rev R1, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Notwithstanding details submitted, any new sockets, cabling or pipework shall be surface mounted where possible taking into account any architectural features of interest such as timber panelling in the dining room and hallway. Where works affect historic panelled walls, details of cable runs, sockets and pipework shall be submitted to and approved in writing prior to those works being carried out. Reason: To ensure the reversibility of the works and avoid to damage to historic fabric and features of interest, in accordance with policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policy Con 3 of the South Oxforfdshire Local Plan.

Prior to the commencement of works, details of the new casement including colour and finish shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
