Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved, the cycle storage and parking areas shall be provided strictly in accordance with the approved plan (E18-021/SIT001). Thereafter, the spaces shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles associated with this development.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policy T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
All properties shall be designed, constructed and maintained to protect the residents of the development from the external noise environment to ensure that the indoor ambient noise levels do not exceed the values detailed in Table 4 of BS 8233:2014 Guidance on sound insulation and noise reduction for buildings.
