The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied or used at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 15 The Hill. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no window(s), door(s) or other openings other than those shown on the approved plan(s) shall be inserted in the north and west facing elevations(s) of the development hereby permitted. Reason: To safeguard the amenities of adjoining occupiers and the character and appearance of the conservation area in accordance with Policies CON7, D4 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
