Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 16.1360.102C, 16.1360.001C and 16.1360.106B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the extensions to the church hereby approved shall be as approved under application P18/S1966/DIS or as otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2, CON3 and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details approved under application P18/S1966/DIS in respect of the following unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. a. The construction of the proposed mezzanine floor b. The fixing for the stove and how will this terminate through the roof. c. The method and level of insulation and heating d. The installation of services including routes through the building, external flues and vent pipes e. The size and specification for the proposed rooflights. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2, CON3, and CON4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
