Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1370/1A and PE-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the development hereby permitted shall in all respects match the materials and profiles of the other lunette window on the West elevation unless alternatives have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All works of making good to the brickwork shall be carried out in bricks and mortal to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Reason: To protect the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
