Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the advertisement consent shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, CHIN-SALO-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
This consent shall be for a limited period up to 30 September 2021 or until the housing development of the site (approved under application P15/S0154/O) is completed, whichever shall first occur. After such time the advertisements hereby approved shall be removed.
Reason: The use of the site for the permanent display of advertisements would be detrimental to the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policy AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
