The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, C07A, C11, C12, SU744846, C08, C09, C10, C06 and SU747844, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P19/S1584/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of all new fixings to historic fabric has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, a schedule of all works to include materials and finishes for remedial and repair works to be used in the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

All rainwater goods shall be constructed of traditionally profiled metal. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
