The mobile homes hereby permitted and all ancillary works and structures shall be removed from the site and the land reinstated to its former condition following completion of the works approved under P06/E0524 and P06/E0525/LB.
Reason: In the interests of visual and residential amenity in accordance with policies D1, G2 and H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 9 and Mobile Acc-01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
