Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 002 and 003 A except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P19/S2564/DIS

The development shall be built using only the external materials (other than the roof materials covered in condition 4) specified on the forms and/or shown on the approved drawings the subject of this planning permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of hte listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of hte listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011..

Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved details of how the junction between the new structure and the listed building would be achieved as well as details of how the guttering will be achieved at the rear/side junction with the listed building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of hte listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
