As such, the proposed development is contrary to Article 3, Schedule 2, Part C and Classes A.1(a) and A.1(e) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). As such, planning permission is required for the proposed development and the Local Planning Authority will not undertake the prior approval assessment for siting or means of construction.
