Planning Permission on 25th September 2018
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO001 and LOC002, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The buildings and associated land within the site shall only be used for the equestrian purposes specified within the application submission, namely livery and polo pony training. Reason: More intensive commercial uses of the land could represent an undesirable form of development within the rural landscape, with potentially adverse impacts upon the character of the site and highway safety; in accordance with Policy CSEN1 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies T1, T2, G2, G4 and R10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
