Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 7th November 2018
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the impracticality of the access to the proposed parking space, the proposal will likely result in a level of movements across a public footpath which will increase the risk to the safety of the users of the public footpath. In addition, the impracticality of the parking and the turning area will likely result in indiscriminate/obstructive parking within the vicinity and increase the risk to highway safety of users of the highway. The proposals are therefore contrary to Policy T1 and Policy T2 of the South Oxfordshire District Local Plan.
