Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1-060718 1, PE001 and LOC001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The bricks used for the additional four courses, must match the existing and the mortar must be a cement-free lime mortar.
Reason: To retain the historic character of the building, in accordance with SOLP Policies CON2 and CON3 and SOCS Policy CSEN3.
