Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That all routing of services to the rooms of the house shall be via the existing routes unless specified and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the historic fabric and interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Details of new radiators shall be submitted and approved in writing prior to them being installed.

Details of upgraded fire detection equipment to replace the existing shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planing Authority prior to them being replaced/upgraded.
Reason:To safeguard the historic fabric and interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Details of the new paint colour for the rooms subject to be upgraded shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the painting of these rooms.
Reason:To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
