Conditions / Refusal Reasons
a) This consent expires 5 years from the date hereof. b) Any advertisements displayed and any site used for the display of advertisements shall be maintained in a clean and tidy condition to the reasonable satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. c) Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a safe condition. d) Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the removal shall be carried out to the reasonable satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. e) No advertisement is to be displayed without the permission of the owner of the site or any other person with an interest in the site entitled to grant permission. f) No advertisement shall be sited or displayed so as to obscure or hinder the ready interpretation of any road traffic sign, railway signal, or aid to navigation by water or air, or so as otherwise to render hazardous the use of any highway, railway, waterway or aerodrome (civil or military). Reason: To comply with the requirements of Regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007..

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, CTA-B-XX-0509-00, CTA-B-XX-0508-00, CTA-C-XX-0516-00, CTA-C-XX-0512-00, CTA-B-XX-0506-00, CTA-B-XX-0507-00, CTA-X-XX-0510-00, CTA-C-XX-0514-00, CTA-C-XX-0515-00, CTA-C-XX-0513-00, CTA-X-XX-0517-00 and CTA-X-XX-0518-00, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The illumination of any of the signage within the zones hereby permitted is to be by fixed and constant lights and not by lights which are or appear to be intermittent, moving, flashing or vibrating. Reason: In the interests of the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policies G2, EP3 and AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

Prior to the installation of any pieces of signage within the zones hereby approved, details of the new signage (including information points, directional signage) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The details shall include: 1. Location of the signs within the consented signage zones 2. Content of the sign 3. Materials and colour of the sign 4. Confirmation of any lighting as part of the sign Reason: To ensure details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policy AD1 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
