P20/S0509/DISThe bathroom and WC windows in the north (side) elevations of the dwellings hereby approved on plots 2 and 10 shall be glazed in obscure glass with a minimum of level 3 obscurity, and shall be fixed shut with the exception of top hung openable fanlights, prior to the first occupation of the accommodation and they shall be retained as such thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no windows, doors or other openings other than those shown on the approved plans shall be inserted in the north (side) elevations of the dwellings hereby permitted on plots 2 and 10.
Reason: To safeguard the amenities of adjoining occupiers in accordance with Policy D4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Before any of the dwellings hereby permitted are first occupied, the whole of the estate roads and footways (except for the final surfacing thereof) shall be laid out, constructed and drained and if required temporary or permanent traffic calming shall be put in place in accordance with Oxfordshire County Council's Specifications.

Prior to the first occupation of each of the dwellings hereby approved, the parking and turning areas for that dwelling shall be provided in accordance with the approved plan STAD-02-230 and shall be constructed, laid out, surfaced, drained and completed to be compliant with sustainable drainage (SuDS) principles, and shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles associated with the development at all times.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The garage accommodation hereby approved shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes without planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and to ensure the provision of adequate off-street car parking in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to the occupation of each dwelling hereby approved, cycle parking facilities for that dwelling shall be provided in accordance with the details shown on drawing STAD-02-230. Thereafter, the cycle parking shall be retained as approved.
Reason: To encourage the use of cycles as a means of transport in accordance with Policy T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Within three months of the date of this planning permission, the following updated plans shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority:
- Landscape masterplan
- Detailed landscaping plans
- Engineering layout
- External works layout
The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
