Description
Replacement of the existing lower ground floor slab, replacement of the existing single storey glazed rear extension and alterations. As clarified by agent's e-mail dated 6 July, 2018 deleting proposal for double glazing.
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, OP1001, OP1002, P.002, P.007, P.013, P.008, P.014, P.004, P.010, P.005, P.011, P.009, P.003, P.001, P.006 and P.012, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of works hereby approved details of the lime specification shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policy Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
Prior to the commencement of works hereby approved, a method statement for the repointing shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and policy Con 3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
