Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, TPP 20223, AIA 20223, 701 SAA 04, 701 SAA 02 A, 701 SAA 02, 701 SAA 02 1 B, 701 SAA 01 B, SE(1) and 38848 02, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P19/S0772/DIS

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, a schedule of all materials and samples (as and when required) to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed specification of the method by which the new works shall be attached/fixed onto the existing building, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. RReason: To preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
