Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, COM.02, 1162.001.001 and COM01a, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Any areas of making good following the installation of the air conditioning units and partition walls shall be completed in materials to match that of the existing fabric of the building. Reason: To ensure that the special historical and architectural significance of the grade II listed building is not diminished, in accordance with Policy CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027.
