The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, COM 001, EF 001, EF 002 and LOC 001, and set out in the Description of Proposed Works v2 and email dated 23/09/2019 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P20/S3635/DIS

That the relevant part of the works hereby approved shall not commence until the details of the lime mortar by specification and photo panel to be used has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the character of the listed building in accordance with Policies CSEN3 and CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027, Policies CON2, CON3, CON5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 and Policy DoT1 of the Dorchester on Thames Neighbourhood.

That the relevant part of the works hereby approved shall not commence until the details of the paint to be used has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
