Planning Permission on 22nd May 2018
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, Site Location and Block Plan No.17137.100; Floor Plan & Section No.17137.02; and Elevations No.17137.03, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the development hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing garage/home office building approved by planning permission P15/S3347/HH.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy CSQ3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2 and D1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as The Bungalow and by persons having a familial connection with the occupiers of The Bungalow.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property in an isolated and unsustainable location and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
