Discharge of condition 3 - sample materials on application ref. P17/S4338/LB Removal of partition wall between kitchen and dining room to create a kitchen diner. Removal of false ceiling in dining room and vault it to match the rest of the converted barn. In doing so expose 2 historic purlins and a historic beam which will improve phasing legibility and internal aesthetic. Removal of existing flooring to replace with limestone and addition of underfloor heating. To carefully break out masonry on west facing external wall between 2 existing timber panelled windows and insert custom made timber french doors with a glazing bar arrangement to closely follow that of the existing windows on side.
