As such the proposed development shown on drawings 6911.LDC.L01, BLO01 and 6911.FP accompanying this application is considered an alteration to the dwellinghouse and is permitted by Part 1, Class A of Schedule 2, of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 and does not require planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
