Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 595_E01, 595_E02, 595_E03, 595_102B, 595_103B and 595_104, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified within the approved materials schedule (595.103B) unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building n accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.

The works to the listed building shall be implemented strictly in accordance with the amended schedule of works (Rev A 05.18). Any variation to the approved details must have prior approval in writing from the local planning authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building n accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
