The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO001, LOC001, ERP001, EF0011, EF002, EE001, PF001, PF002, PRP001, PE001, SP001, OP1001A and OP1002A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.

Prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved, a schedule of materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the extensions, to include specification of glazing, hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
