Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order), the enlargement, improvement or other alteration of any dwellinghouse as described in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B and C of the Order shall not be undertaken without obtaining planning permission for the Local Planning Authority. 

Reason: To ensure the Local Planning Authority retains control over any future development as specified in the condition in the interests of neighbour amenity and in accordance with Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
