Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BP, LP and 001.P, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the works shall comply with the information submitted with the Heritage Statement which includes a schedule of works, materials and lime mortar specification. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are acceptable in accordance with policies CON 3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy.
