Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, C13734.104 and C13734.100, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The external finish to the french doors shall be white to match the colour and appearance of the existing dwelling and listed terrace, or in details which shall first be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policy CON3 and of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
