The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than 28th July 2020.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to any demolition on the site and the commencement of the development (other than in accordance with the agreed Written Scheme of Investigation), a staged programme of archaeological evaluation and mitigation shall be carried out by the commissioned archaeological organisation in accordance with the approved Written Scheme
of Investigation. The programme of work shall include all processing, research and analysis necessary to produce an accessible and usable archive and a full report for publication which shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To enable an appropriate level of archaeological investigation of the area including excavation and recording, post excavation analysis and the publication of results in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South
Oxfordshire Core Strategy 2027 and Policies G2, CON11, CON13, CON14 and E9 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. The junction between the existing listed building and new work (office and
lobby into 6th form block) contained in parent permission P16/S4099/FUL.
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved
details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CSEN3 of the South Oxfordshire Core Strategy and Policies CON2 and CON3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan
2011.
The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until surface water drainage works have
been implemented in accordance with details that have been submitted to and approved
in writing by the local planning authority. Before these details are submitted an assessment shall be carried out of the
potential for disposing of surface water by means of a sustainable drainage system and the results shall have been provided to the Local Planning Authority.
The submitted details shall provide information about the discharge rates; discharge volumes; sizing of features (attenuation volume); infiltration results in accordance with BRE365 (or its successor); detailed drainage layout and pipe numbers; network drainage calculations; SUDs measures and details of the maintenance and management
of SUDS features for the lifetime of the development.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011
Prior to the occupation of the development hereby approved, a Car Parking Strategy Document (including a drawing of the car park) shall be produced and submitted for approval by the Local Highway Authority. The approved document
shall be disseminated and publicised to parents and/or guardians and other users in order that highway safety is maintained and the one-way system adopted is complied with.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
The submitted travel plan shall be revised in line with comments made by the Local Highway Authority dated 12th January 2017 in parent planning permission P16/S4099/FUL and re-submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval prior to first occupation of the development hereby approved.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved, the parking and turning areas shall be provided in accordance with the approved Car Park Plan drwg 16-TS-005-01 rev D in parent permission P16/S4099/FUL and shall be constructed, laid out, surfaced, drained and completed to be compliant with sustainable drainage (SuDS)
principles, and shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles associated with the development at all times.
