Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 5220.G1.E1, 5220.G1.BA, 5220.G1.GD and LOC001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

All works of making good to the historic fabric are carried out in materials and finishes to match the adjacent retained fabric unless alternatives are agreed in writing with the local planning authority.
